1. What is the objective of the system / project?
2. What is (are) the performance need(s) addressed by the system? Remember, there are both business (or organizational) performance needs and human performance needs.
3. Who are the performers who will benefit from the system?
4. List at least one measurable difference that the system should (did) make when it was implemented.
