He specializes in the application of human factors engineering, learning technology, information technology, and business process engineering to business systems analysis through implementation. Gloria Gery is an independent consultant based in Tolland, Massachusetts. Stan Malcolm serves as a coach to businesses wishing to develop or advance their strategies for technology-based learning, electronic performance support, or corporate learning in general. Barry Raybould is one of the founding pioneers in the field of EPSS and performance-centered design.
