20/20 Insight is a software program for gathering and reporting employee performance information using the 360 Degree Feedback method. The software consists of two different programs. One is used to gather the 360 feedback from fellow employees. The evaluated employee can use the Individual Development Plan (IDP) program to build an action plan based on the feedback. This program compiles the survey data and lets the employee review the compiled ratings and comments.
Figure 1 shows the development planning section of the software. The right side of the screen contains an embedded help window with instructions for adding, editing and deleting development activities.

Figure 2 shows the screen for adding and editing development activities. A use can click the Guidelines button to get additional information about creating a development activity.

This is a simple little program that seems to do a very good job of supporting a 360 Degree employee performance evaluation. The action planning program structures the process of creating performance goals and a follow-up action plan. You can download a demo copy of the program from SJL Associates Web site.
