In the process of downloading and reviewing software for examples of unique and innovative performance support features, I have also found many examples of designs that hinder performance and cause confusion. I decided to capture and document these types of design problems in the hope that we can learn form these mistakes just as we can learn from examples of innovative thinking. I decide to call this section Design Errors because it is the antithesis of the all too common "error message" dialog that developers use to deal with the problem of poor interface designs.
