With the DemoX ActiveX control or Netscape Plug-in you can easily add an interactive computer program demonstration to a web page or program created with Delphi, Visual Basic or any other development program that supports ActiveX controls. IntraLaunch is an ActiveX component that can be used to launch a local application by clicking a hypertext link or graphic on a web page. jHelp (Java Applet)website

You can use jHelp to add pop-up secondary windows to a webpage. You can also embed the jHelp window in a webpage. jHelp can display HTML2 encoded files, that include images and hypertext links. The jHelp windows has a search feature and buttons for quickly closing the jHelp window. (Mar-01-97)

Microsoft Agent (ActiveX)website

With this ActiveX control you can add a talking animation to a website or other software that supports ActiveX controls. The Agent converts text to spoken words, gestures, moves about the screen and can accept spoken commands from a user. You can go to the Argo Technologies website to download the control and view an amazing online banking demonstration that uses the Agent to guide a user. Microsoft Agent Scripting Helper

According to the developer: "Microsoft Agent Scripting Helper, or MASH, assists you in the process of Microsoft Agent programming. MASH separates the code from the content, allowing you to focus on the presentation rather than the programming details. You can experiment with Agent's Animations, Speech, Move, and other actions, and easily compose and play back complex, entertaining scripts. Multipage Browser (ActiveX)website

Multipage Browser is an ActiveX component that can be used to open a Internet Explorer browser window with multiple tabs. Each tab can contain a webpage from different sites. The component will simultaneously load all pages. You can easily switch between pages by clicking on a tab. The component can be used in a web browser that supports ActiveX components, a Visual Basic application or with the Microsoft HTML Help program. This can be a very useful component. (Jul-07-97)

PHD HelpIndex (Java Applet)website

With PHD HelpIndex you can add a WinHelp like subject index to a website. You can either embed the applet in a HTML page or display it in a floating window. As you type characters in the search field will quickly scroll to the first word that contains all the character you entered. SOS Anywhere website

SOSAnywhere offers traditional WinHelp functionality (Contents, Index, and Full Text Search features) with a Windows look and feel.
