An EPSS Demo Program

About the Demo

The online article "An EPSS Interface Design" describes the EPSS Demo program. This program received an Award of Excellence from the International Society for Performance Improvement in 1997.  Bill Miller designed and developed the program with no prior programming experience or formal training.  

The demo will run under Windows 3.1, 95 and 98.

Installing the Demo

1. Create the directory: c:\apps\msforms

2. Click here to download the file (3.3 mb) to the directory c:\apps\msforms.

3. With File Manager (Win 3.1) or Window Explorer (Win95/98) double click the file: epssdemo.exe. This will extract the program files.

4. Double click the file: runforms.exe to start the program.

Please Note

• You may freely use this program for demonstration purposes.
• If you click the Open Forms button with the Word Perfect logo, the program will not work properly, even if Word Perfect for Windows is installed on your computer.

• The help files in this version of the demo did not undergo a final editing so some help text contains spelling and grammatical errors.
