FlexHelp

FlexHelp, by Soft Solutions, is a very useful tool for adding some types of performance support features to an existing Windows application. It is simple to use and easy to learn. You an easily add several different types of performance support elements to windows and dialogs. 

Buttons

You can add buttons to any window or dialog in an existing application. For example you can place a button beside a field that lets a user view field specific help. The button can:

  1. display a help pop-up as illustrated in figure 1
  2. open another program such as the window calculator
  3. open a Windows Help file and display a specific topic.

Help Panel

The help panel attaches itself to window or dialog. The panel can display either text or HTML pages (figure 2). The HTML pages can contain links that display other pages.
