I looked for EPS-related JavaScript (DHTML) tools at fourteen Web sites and found 45 that looked promising. In the table, Any 4+ means that the tool was advertised to work for both Netscape and Internet Explorer version 4 browsers (or better). IE 4+ means Internet Explorer only. I have not yet tested the entire set of 45 tools -- only the 15 offered in Appendix B as the starting point for a Freeware DHTML Toolkit. So far, I have found the tools written for the IE 4+ browser to be more useful.
Please be aware that the list of sites offering free JavaScript and DHTML continues to grow. The following fourteen only scratch the surface.
