How to get the source files

I don't have a publicly available Web site. All of the pages I develop and maintain reside on the Lucent intranet, which means that only Lucent employees can access them. I'd like to make this Toolkit starter package (emphasis on the word starter!) available via the Internet, and then see it grow and prosper as we all use, refine, and contribute tools. Until that happens, there are two ways you can get an electronic copy:

1. Send or give me your email address and I'll mail you back a zip file.
2. Send or give me a floppy disk and a stamped, self-addressed mailer.
