Microsoft Publisher 98 contains several interesting performance support features that include the type bubble messages shown in the following screen shot. These bubble messages appear when using the system for the first time or when there is a better method for performing an action. In some cases they almost act as an alternative to a error message.

The following is a screen shot of the main Publisher window. The screen is divided into three sections: an embedded wizard on the left, the work area in the middle and an embedded help window on the right.
